time to get a video card that support shaders. Try ATI 9250 at least or higher
check the system requirements for the game especially memory and video card.
maybe the program the autorun is trying to run is corrupted, if you want to install the game, try right clicking on the cd and click open, then find setup.exe and execute
It could be that the game is trying to use some sort of shader that your graphics card is unable to deal with. It might not be though.





I would try re-installing the game, and make sure you have up to date graphics card drivers installed. Might be worth seeing if you can run the game on minimal graphical settings (if you get that option) and see if it works without extra options.
