www.dell.com cant really go wrong just buy one in your price rangeI need some computer advice?
You could try Dell computers. Most of their computers meet your requirement and their prices are not that bad too.
only go for apple if you know how to use them, they're totally different to dell, hp, sony etc! They dont work the same as windows or linux, i know very few people who buy them but it's not the computer we're grown up with! You know? If i were you I'd go for the Dell Inspiron 6400, its on the website, totally worth the money! x
brand name dose not matter they are all the same $$$$ is the point the education is on line that you have to check out
If you're looking for a good all around ';cheap'; computer that still does the job, go with Dell...they got tons of computers that a good for around $300 complete.
I am 74 and had not a clue about computers %26lt;my son recommended A Dell and it has been fine. The printer Lexmark I do not recommend .Apple are the 'IN; thing these days contact them for advice.
See if you want to learn about computer, OS, Softwares etc Than you can use Win 98. If you have to go for application prog. such as programing, editing(Graphices) you can go for WIN XP ; and for networking WIN 2003 and WIN 2000 is best
Hard ware min should be
INTEL PIV 3.2GHz, 512MB DDR II, 80GB HDD, DVD Writer, FDD, NIC
