Computer advice ?? please help?

I want to be able to watch movies on my computer without downloading or using the dvd. Is it possible to put the dvd in and save it to your computer so you don't have to use the dvd?Computer advice ?? please help?

well you will need the DVD of course or you can watch movies online anyways if you want just copy the contents of the DVD and copy it to your computer. thats it play with anything really
I wanted to put a DVD onto my ipod once, and to do this I had to save it onto my computer. I used Leawo dvd ripper, it's on this website : http://www.leawo.com/ and I would definately recommend it. It's easy to use, FREE, and doesn't have a watermark. I have tried absolutely loads of dvd converters but most of them have a watermark, but when i used this one i realized it didn't :) Also the DVD saves straight onto your computer so you can watch it at any time, just follow the steps on the converter once you have downloaded it, and you will realise how easy it is to use.

yes there are lots of applications which can do this - such as nero+dvd shrink.





if you want to rip it and convert it to a single file i use magic video converter, this is cheap, but not free, if you want something free checkout red kawa, its got advertising on the application itself, but it does a good job
