I don't know what I could have done wrong...
but...my question is:
Is there a way I can access the files on my laptop? I cannot see what I'm doing to know where my cursor is. Are there commands I could use to copy all of my documents?
Thank youComputer advice needed...?
you would have to know exactly what you are doing and exactly where this file is in your computer.
you could take it to a shop and have them take out your hard drive and pull the file onto another computer
but you could easily do it with just a keyboard if you knew what you were doing.
start, arrowkey through until my documents, enter, wait for the window to pop up, scroll through to the folder/file and open, and keep going until you have the file open, crtl+a, ctrl+c, to copy it, then start, arrowkey to internet, good luck from there, but paste it somewhere, save it, go on a different computer, and take it off the internet.Computer advice needed...?
im not sure about getting to the documents but when you replace the screen you need to replace the backlight bulb and power inverter to get it all to work. if you have a pc monitor anywhere you could try connecting it to the laptop as most laptops have an external monitor connection on the side of them to do this
When you replaced the screen, I assumed you replaced the backlight and the inverter right???
If not, I bet that is why it remains black.
You can actually take out the hard drive and put that hard drive into another laptop and save everything onto where ever you want.
