Graphic card : Nvidia 8800 GT

RAM : 2 x 1GB DDR2 800

PSU : RoseWill 550W

Case : Broadway Com Corp 939PL-BLACK Computer Case

im totally noob with computers. Tell me what u think about this build. ThxGaming Computer, Advice plz.?
Everything there is fine, but get a 9800GT instead of an 8800GTs since they are about the same price, and the 9800GT overclocks better. Don't forget an optical drive, hard drive, and operating system.Gaming Computer, Advice plz.?
Do you mean your going to overclock with a Zalman cooling system?

I'd probably upgrade your 800MHz to DDR3 1333MHz to sync with your processors FSB.

Umm I'm kind of pondering your decision on the mobo, do you plan on upgrading to using SLi in the future? If not then
That's ok but if you really want to game most people don'tt want to spend the money. I would build off off of the new Intel i7 processor. With the raptor 10,000 rpm hard drive. 6 GB of ram, would have to run SLI and that would require a bigger power supply probably 700 watt.
Like what the person above said, I would change out the graphics card to a 9800GT. Other than that more RAM would be beneficial and you can get 4GB for $25 after rebate on newegg.

Does that motherboard have an Intel chipset on it? I looked it up but couldn't find it for the tech specs. Make sure it has an Intel chipset on it. Running one with a VIA or nvidia may reduce performance since it's an Intel processor.

Be careful when overclocking the processor as well. I have a Core 2 Duo in my computer running 2.4GHz as well, and I run half life 2 at full resolution and full frame rate with no problems. I have a slightly higher end video card as well. My personal opinion as a technician, don't overclock the processor. If you want more performance bump it up to 4GB of RAM.

The rest looks good to me spec wise for budget.

EDIT: Just saw your links. May I recommend this motherboard to you instead?
