Need computer advice ... I'm really stuck?

I was disconnected from the internet and have been re-connected today which was the fault of my service provider


Everythings fine except for when I try and log in with Paypal,


I cannot access my account and it has a message 3014 which says I need to adjust my cookie settings, I have followed the exact directions, but it's not having it, any suggestions ??Need computer advice ... I'm really stuck?
if you are using internet explorer. goto tools%26gt;internet options%26gt;GENERAL tab, and click DELETE cookies,





and if you are using Mozilla Firefox, press ctrl + shift + delete, and select COOKIES in the menu shown.





this will clear all your previous cookies, now try to connect, if it fails, you need to goto SECURITY settings in INTERNET EXPLORER and set them to Medium-High or Medium.Need computer advice ... I'm really stuck?
I don't understand why your service provider does not give you instructions or fix it since they fault that your net crashed.





I would try PAYPAL costumer service to see if they can correct it.





Also like the first answer, delete all cookies, then reboot and see what happens. Frankly I delete my cookies and files every time before I shut down.


Here's how: 1. Tools. 2. Internet Options. 3. Browsing History 4.Delete. 5. Delete Files, 6. Delete Cookies, 7. Close History Box. 8. Close options Box, 9. Close Windows. 10. Start. 11. Turn Off Computer, 12. Turn Off.


Wait about 10-15 sec. then boot up again and see what happens.
