I know you have tried ccleaner, but according to your description, there are some regsitry errors and remnant, corrupt files and temp files in your computer to cause ';computer slow';.You need to clean you computer.

Every time you install and uninstall software on your computer and surfing online you create junk in the registry.over time, the registry can grow to enormous proportions, especially if the various programs you've installed do not do a good job of deleting and/or updating it's Registry entries. You need to scan and clean your computer with registry cleaner to make your computer faster.Good Regisry Cleaner will improve your computer and Internet performance dramatically! It even can speed up your computer by 300% or more!

There are some comparison and review of

TOP 5 registry cleaners.

You can download and scan your computer for free.Microsoft outlook slows computer any advice?
Outlook by nature is a resource pig, **especially** when it's downloading mail. There's not much you can do about it except keep your computer in the best health you can so it can handle Outlook, and it seems like you're already doing that.

If you can, upgrade your RAM ... if you have 512 MB or less, try to upgrade to a gig. That will help your machine run better in general, not just for Outlook.

Sorry I don't have a better answer for you, but if it's any help, you **are** doing all of the right things. Happy computing!
try looking on microsofts site for an update

if youve got the update open task manager CTRL + Alt + DEL

Click on the processes tab and look for dumprep.exe highlight and end task

if all this dosent work then get a faster computer i would advise you to try micro direct and aria computers

hope this helps
try uninstalling unused software, and doing a cleanup of ur pc, my pc - properties - disk cleanup
