I need computer advice from graphic designers.?

I am on a low income budget and I am looking for a laptop that will fully support programs like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop and be reliable. I know that all of these programs are offered to run on Windows. I also know that Mac is above all in the Graphic Design field. Is there anyone that has expierience using a specific Dell or HP that has been reliable for you or can you reference to someone elses experience? Please don't just answer with Mac. I know that Mac is preferred. I am looking for something more affordable. I am thinking $700 and under.I need computer advice from graphic designers.?

i have been doing graphic design work on this laptop for 3 years now. I have the entire Adobe cs3 suite on it. works like a charm!


I cant afford a mac either lol, but what the hell it gets the job done. isn't that all that matters....
