ICT Computer advice please.?

I have just disposed of a broken Acer 1520 laptop and replaced it with an Acer Aspire 9300, a similar later model with 17 inch screen. Question is, can I use the charger, should I need to, of the 1520 to charge the Aspire 9300? Input and out put details are almost the same. The only difference is the older charger shows 19V out put with 7.1A whilst the charger with the later machine says output 19V with 4.7A. The polarisation is, of course, the same. Both chargers are in good order and as new but if it's dodgy to use the old one I'll dispose of it. Thanks for help.ICT Computer advice please.?
It will be fine. The laptop will only draw the power it needs so no need to worry about the ampage being higher.....ICT Computer advice please.?
No problems, your charger will not get as warm as it used too, that's good.
