Download installation file of Malwarebytes Anti-malware (mbam-setup.exe) to another computer.

Transfer the file to infected computer using pendrive (USB flash drive),.Try renaming the mbam-setup.exe if installation fails.

Try renaming the mbam.exe if the program installs, but doesn鈥檛 run.

( This will work if you use it properly why pay money when you can do it yourself.,)
Well there is Geekpolice.net! The response time usually takes a few hours but they love to help people.

Geekpolice.net is free to register. You can ask your question on here but without a Hijackthis log we can't see all the details to fix it entirely, On Geekpolice they have a forum specifically for that and can respond to individual people.
Why do you need them and have to pay - no good one's are going to give the info for free...

Download Malware Bytes anti malware - then run it and allow it to search and remove the junk
buy a security suite cd.
