Before applying a paint, it's important to know the paint over which is going to be applied. And it's better to sand and prime first. For insteance if your computer's paint is synthetic and you apply an acrylic primer, it may 芦attack禄 the original paint. Also bear in mind that usually a chrome paint is applied over a white or black layer depending on the aspect that you desire.
