Computer advice pleasee im over trying to find something that works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

hi can any1 help me cos im trying 2 convert a wmv file of a movie i made for my dads birthday today, 2 a mp4 type file so that i can burn it 2 a disk but ive tried so many programs and they are all faulty ones that either need 2 be purchased or that just dont work at all!!! please help does any1 know a program that actually works???

I've run into the exact same problem. A lot either don't work, you have to pay up front for something you don't know will work, or whatever. It's not a very easy process to have this done. Hopefully someone will help us out because I was unable to do this as well. Thanks.
