CPU and basic Computer Advice?

The part that makes it hard to choose, is that i also would like to play games on it such as GTA San Andreas.





I dont know if its just me, but i think the computers with the GOOD graphics card (512mb dedicated) would be more expensive than to just buy a computer with a bad graphics card then upgrade it afterwards.


I know ram should be at least 3mb, harddrive should be at least 250gb, but i am not sure about the CPU specs.





How much should i be looking to spend for just the tower?

Well GTA San Andreas isnt a demanding game so you wouldnt need a great graphics card. Usually, you can find graphics cards for cheaper. A 3.0Ghz dual core CPU would be good, not to mention relatively cheap. I say spend about $400-$600 for the tower alone.CPU and basic Computer Advice?
GTA San Andreas doesn't really need a very good graphic card, a mid-class one will do the work.





2GB RAM is enough, but if you prefer 3GB, that's better.





Dual Core CPU will satisfy your needs. (either Intel or AMD)
